McElroy Standing Seam Metal Roof | Copper Penny Metallic | Roof Replacement

We recently finished a roofing project in Edinburg, VA that turned out fantastic! We started by completely tearing off the old roof, giving us a clean slate to work with. Then, we replaced any damaged plywood and wood, making sure everything was solid and secure. Then, we installed a high-temp underlayment to keep the home well-protected. For the new roof, we went with McElroy Metal’s 24-gauge standing seam metal roofing, which not only looks amazing but is built to last. To make sure everything stayed safe during snowy weather, we added snow guards, and we sealed all roof-to-wall areas with apron and step flashing to keep water out. We also did a roof-over around the chimney for extra protection. For those vent pipes, we installed lifetime pipejack flashing, ensuring no leaks for years to come. To finish off the look, we installed all-new gable and rake trim, giving the house a neat, polished finish. And, of course, we made sure to clean up and remove all debris once the job was done. The result is a beautiful, durable roof that the homeowners will enjoy for many years!
